Our colour analysis is available for those 17+ who have had no more than one previous analysis with another credentialed provider (we offer first or second opinions only).
If you’ve had more than two prior colour analyses with credentialed service providers (see Be Colourwise checklist within Services menu on this site), we recommend reaching out to your previous providers with any questions instead of booking another assessment.
All of our services are self-service booking. Below are the steps to book your consultation.

To help us ensure we will have capacity to complete your colour analysis, it is crucial to submit your pictures and information on the same date as your payment. Please review the guidelines before making your payment.
It is also recommended to click the 'Buy Now' button on the Make a payment section to find out if we have spaces open. If the text 'Out of Stock' appears then this means we do not have open spaces at this time. We open up spaces each business day at approximately 7am ET on our site which are secured on a first come, first serve basis. It would be recommended to check our site on the next business day to secure an open space.
Once you've selected the item that's right for you, add it to your cart and go to Checkout. There you'll fill in your billing information, complete your payment and place your order.
Please ensure that you have your pictures and information ready to submit on the same day as your payment.

You can expect an email confirmation from us within 3 business days. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email in your inbox. This confirmation email will also include details on how to book the 30 minute post-virtual colour analysis consultation service if you are interested in booking this optional add-on service to your booking (this is a $250 CAD add-on service to your booking).
Once you receive your confirmation email, you can expect to receive your results email from us within 30 business days, please check your Spam folder if you do not receive the report in your Inbox.
Receive your colour analysis report within 30 business days after submitting your pictures and information. Service Note: If you enroll in this service in the time range of mid March 2026 to early May 2026, please be aware your results may take up to 40 business days.

**The palette will be chosen by Carol for the subscription based on your colour analysis result and the details of the 10 palettes listed at the bottom of our Colour Analysis Kits page within Products menu.
*** As part of this package you will receive the option to ask up to 5 post colour analysis questions on our online tool on Delphi.ai. Carol will review the answers the tool automatically gave you within one week of your question and you will receive notification in your email if Carol agreed with the answer automatically given and/or if she updated the answer.

There is a maximum number of people Carol can colour analyze in a day and we control how many clients we accept each day through our website.
We open up spaces each business day at approximately 7am ET (if they are out of stock on the site). These spots are secured on a first come, first serve basis.
Carol Brailey will perform a colour analysis on your submitted photos to arrive at your skin undertone, primary colour season, and flow of colour season.
Using the 16-23 season system, a thorough colour analysis of your undertone, seasonal colours, and flow analysis will be performed.
Discover your optimal colours for clothing, makeup, and accessories.
As part of the digital download, you will receive a generic optimal hair colour list for your colour palette.
You will receive a digital colour strip PDF of your best palette that is best suited to your skin undertone, primary colour season, and flow of colour season. This helps you select the best colours for your clothing, jewellery, accessories, and makeup.
After receiving your colour analysis result, you may be interested in purchasing a handheld colour reference. Those are available for optional purchase on our Colour Analysis Kits page (see Products menu).
