If your best colours sit between two seasons (for example, a flow palette), an additional palette purchase within the app may be beneficial.

If applicable, we will provide guidance after confirmation of your purchase on any optional additional palette recommendations for optional add-on purchase by yourself in the App (noting Carol uses a 10 palette system as her primary noted above).

Please be aware you are requesting the same palettes as we send our clients based on the results which may include different labels to what you may be used to and more than one palette purchase ultimately (see flow palette section above).
If you have previously purchased or have been provided palette access through the Colorology app via the International Image Institute (III) or another provider or have access already to the app through us, please do not purchase again through this process as we will be unable to refund you.
Digital palette access may also be available directly through the app developer at a lower cost. However, purchases made through Carol Brailey include professional palette assignment to be in harmony with palettes we give our clients (and in harmony with other references of the method Carol uses – like wallets and digital downloads) and using an onboarding flow using a process we have used seamlessly for a couple of months with clients. This additional service value has proven instrumental during the pilot phase with clients.
