Our colour analysis is available for those 17+ who have had no more than one previous analysis with another provider (we offer first or second opinions only).
If you’ve had more than two prior colour analyses, we recommend reaching out to your previous providers with any questions instead of booking another assessment.
All of our services are self-service booking. Below are the steps to book your consultation.

If choosing the Premium Package: to help us prepare for your in-person colour analysis, it is crucial to submit the required pictures the same date as your payment or at most within 1 day after your payment. Please also ensure your appointment date chosen gives Carol at least 7 business days to review your pictures and information prior.
If choosing the Basic Package: please review the photo guidelines in regards to historical pictures as we will require you to bring those with you to your appointment (either on your phone or in hard copy).
If wanting to book for after January 1, 2026, please call Studio Fontana directly at 416-921-9888 or email them at style@studiofontana.ca and ask to book a colour analysis with Elysse.
If booking for a date prior to January 1, 2026, please book via the calendar below. Select a date and time which works best for you in our calendar below. Reminder - If booking the Premium Package, please ensure the calendar date chosen gives Carol at least 7 business days prior to your booking to review your submitted pictures and information (and please ensure you submit your pictures and information aligned to this timing). Carol's business days are Monday to Friday (excluding Canadian STAT holidays).
Once you have a confirmed booking in our calendar, please go ahead and process your payment within 10 minutes of your calendar booking in order to reserve your spot.
Any calendar bookings received without payment within 10 minutes of booking are automatically cancelled.
You will receive a cancellation notice in your email if this occurs.
If your booking is for the Premium package, please email info@carolbrailey.com all of the pictures and required information ideally on the same date as your payment to ensure your pre-pictures can be reviewed by Carol Brailey before your appointment.

If your booking is for the Premium Package, once you send your pictures and information, you can expect an email confirmation from us within 3 business days of receipt of your pictures and information.
Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email in your Inbox. (no results email is sent to in-person clients they receive their results during appointment).

Meet Elysse Acosta, one of our colour analysis experts, who can help transform your appearance with a personalized consultation lasting up to 1.5 hours. At the end of the session, you will know all your optimal colours for clothing, accessories, jewellery, makeup, and hair!
Elysse has completed colour mastery training with the International Image Institute (not once but twice, the second time was for continuing education) and has received direct mentorship since 2020 from Carol Brailey. In addition to being a colour analysis professional, Elysse is also a makeup and hair professional.

Service Update — Effective January 1, 2026
Please note the following changes to our colour analysis offerings:
The Premium In-Person Colour Analysis will be discontinued and will no longer be available after January 1, 2026.
The Basic In-Person Colour Analysis with Elysse will increase to $315 CAD.
This service will now include a printed colour strip in place of the previous digital reference. Clients may also choose to purchase an optional fabric swatch wallet for their results at an additional $70 CAD.

Our in-person colour analysis services are managed by 2319114 Ontario Ltd. (Carol Brailey), registered in Ontario, Canada.
Your In-Person Colour Analysis consultation includes
If you choose the Basic package: you will be asked to bring historical pictures with you on your phone or in hard copy to the appointment to further guide Elysse on your natural colouring development over time.
If you choose the Premium package: prior to your appointment, you will need to submit photos to prepare for the analysis. Carol Brailey will evaluate your submitted photos to further assist Elysse with evaluating your skin undertone, primary colour season, and flow of colour season.
Using the 16-23 season system, a thorough in-person colour analysis of your undertone, seasonal colours, and flow analysis will be performed.
Discover your optimal colours for clothing, accessories, jewellery, makeup, and hair.
If you choose the Basic Package:
You will receive digital references ($20 CAD in value) within 24 hours after your appointment, your email will be sent a digital colour reference that can be used on a phone or computer. You may also choose to purchase handheld references in future within our Products menu.
If you choose the Premium Package:
At the end of your appointment, you will receive the following colour analysis references (up to $90 CAD in value) to take with you shopping that will assist with clothing, makeup and accessory colour selection.
Handheld References: printed colour strip, fabric swatch wallet and fabric add-on card (if applicable for your result).
Digital References: within 24 hours after your appointment, your email will be sent a digital colour reference that can be used on a phone or computer.
