Please view relevant videos that may answer your questions sent to you with your results in the playlists in your digital colour reference download before booking. We find the videos in these playlists answer 95-100% of questions asked of Carol on Zoom calls.

Service Update Note:

We recently intended this service to be offered via a member of Carol’s team due to Carol’s limited scheduling availability starting in the Fall of 2024. However, there has been a shift in plans and Carol will be hosting these calls with clients still in the Fall of 2024 for $250 CAD for 30 minutes. Please be aware when booking this service that availability of these calls are extremely limited.

We do ask due to the limited availability for these calls to watch the playlists you are sent in the digital download with your results first before booking. If there are still questions, please schedule this call and be aware that you may be waiting some time for your call. We find 95-100% of all questions asked in Zoom calls are answered when viewing all materials sent with your results.

Make a payment

Once you have a confirmed booking in our calendar, please go ahead and process your payment within 10 minutes of your calendar booking in order to reserve your spot.

Any calendar bookings received without payment within 10 minutes of booking are automatically cancelled.

You will receive a cancellation notice in your email if this occurs.

Have questions about your results?

For clients of our Personalized Virtual Colour Analysis Package, we offer a post-virtual colour analysis consultation option available for booking in our calendar up to 7 days after receiving your results.

This consultation will be a 30-minute Zoom video call with Carol to discuss your results in detail. You will be able to ask about:

  • How your results were arrived at
  • Your colour recommendations
  • The colour analysis process

 

Please note that you can schedule your appointment date/time for more than 1 week after receiving your results. Simply ensure that you book the entry in our calendar within a week of receiving your results. This lets us know to keep your colour analysis details on hand until your appointment. According to our terms and conditions for virtual colour analysis services, your submission details and colour comparison information are deleted from our system within 1 week of your analysis.
