Once you have a confirmed booking in our calendar, please go ahead and process your payment within 10 minutes of your calendar booking in order to reserve your spot.
Any calendar bookings received without payment within 10 minutes of booking are automatically cancelled.
You will receive a cancellation notice in your email if this occurs.
For clients of our Personalized Virtual Colour Analysis Package, we offer a post-virtual colour analysis consultation option available for booking in our calendar up to 7 days after receiving your results.
This consultation will be a 30-minute Zoom video call with Carol to discuss your results in detail. You will be able to ask about:
Please note that you can schedule your appointment date/time for more than 1 week after receiving your results. Simply ensure that you book the entry in our calendar within a week of receiving your results. This lets us know to keep your colour analysis details on hand until your appointment. According to our terms and conditions for virtual colour analysis services, your submission details and colour comparison information are deleted from our system within 1 week of your analysis.
