To book your appointment, please reach out via phone or email. All messages are responded to promptly during Studio Fontana’s business hours:
Tuesday–Friday: 11am–7pm
Saturday: 11am–4pm

When contacting us, please specify whether you would like the Basic Package or Premium Package and/or Makeup Consultation Add-On (Click here to learn more about the packages) and your preferred payment option (see below for payment options).

Payment Options *

* Appointments with Elysse usually occur on days when the salon is closed to hair clients. This ensures an optimal experience. As reception is not available on these days to process payments, only the payment methods listed below can be accepted.

You may complete your payment in one of two ways:

  1. By Phone (Preferred Method): Pay with a credit card at the time of booking over the phone.

  2. Cash at the end of your appointment (exact change): 

    • Premium In Person Colour Analysis Package: $367.25 (incl. HST) 

    • Basic In Person Colour Analysis Package: $226.00 (incl. HST)

    • Premium In Person Colour Analysis Package With Makeup Consultation Add-On: $632.80 (incl. HST)

    • Makeup Consultant Add-On Only (For Those Who Previously Had a Colour Analysis With Elysse): $265.55 (incl. HST)

The studio is located on the west side of the building, with a street-level entrance in the pedestrian walkway.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

  • Historical photos showing your natural colouring over time

    • Ideally photos from ages 17–20, plus 1–2 photos from childhood or early teens

  • If you booked the Premium Package:

    • Up to 5 makeup items

    • Up to 5 pieces of clothing

  • If you booked the Full Makeup Consultation Add-On:
    • Your full makeup bag
How to Arrive to Your Appointment

  • Please come with no makeup and, if possible, wearing a white top.

  • If your hair is long, arrive with your hair tied back or up.

  • If you wear a face mask, please be aware that in-person draping requires your face mask to be removed, so you will be asked to take it off during the analysis.

  • If you observe hijab, please wear an ice-white hijab.

  • Avoid self-tanner for at least 10 days before your appointment.

  • If you wear coloured contacts, please arrive without them.
