What does following your passion mean to you? Having conversations around living a passionate life and following your passion are such an energizer for me. Our unique journeys to define what ‘following your passion’ means to each of us and share our gifts with the world are all so beautiful to me.

Maybe this is because I personally embarked on my own journey finding happiness outside a corporate job what feels like moons ago now (you can read a bit about my own story at this link – My Journey Finding Happiness After Leaving My Corporate Job).

I want to start having more conversations around following your passion and therefore have decided to create a new blog and video series where I will ask five questions about following your passion to people from various walks of life. I hope you find these conversations as energizing as I do!

The questions are:
1. What does following your passion mean to you?

2. What prompted you to just go for it and follow your passion?

3. What have you risked or sacrificed to follow your passion?

4. What have you gained by following your passion?

5. What piece of advice would you give to someone thinking of finding or following their passion?

Our first video in this series is above with Sarah Murphy-Dyson who is a Gemini award-winning actress and professional dancer. Her responses to the above five questions are really inspiring.

Do you feel like you are following your passion? How would you respond to the five questions above? Please comment on this blog or video, I would love to hear your responses!

I hope this blog post inspires you to wear your authenticity!
